I think rewards should be given out to parents who give the vaguest non-answers to questions they don’t want to bother with. At some point it becomes a skill

Kidding aside, CP is simply using a different lens for today’s comic. Some aspects of how a photograph is taken can change how something appears in the resulting pic, such as, I think, focal length and the degree or lack of sphericity of the lens. “But it’s a drawing, there’s no lens involved!” you might say. But there IS a lens. The lens of the MIND’S EYE!
Or maybe it’s the same lens, and she simply put on a little weight over the holidays. It’s common, and you shouldn’t shame her for a little thiccness. Days get shorter, there’s less time and energy for physical exercise, Joey’s Lucky Dad is never around, and being a mother to a kid like Joey and a foster mom to Carmen, and possibly Kevin too, (I know, I know, “who’s this KEVIN you speak of?”) maybe makes her stress eat a bit much, or leaves her feeling too drained to exercise and burn off all that turkey and cranbery sauce, mashed carbohydrates and liquid fat… and it sticks to the thighs and hips. Let’s just appreciate her beauty and not worry so much on how wide her hips have gotten. When Joey and company go back to being teenagers, surely she’ll get back down to her normal curvy milf hawtness.

Are we sure Joey doesn’t have any siblings? Results come from data sets, which means more than one.
