Making comics with simple white backgrounds may be easier, but do we ever stop to think of the hazard they posses to the characters themselves? 😔

Carmen’s gonna be like, “Oh, I remember THIS place,” thinking back to comic number 3.
What a callback, well done.
I think there was a similar one in a Q&A a few years back where someone had to question their existence, or lack thereof, and almost had an existentual breakdown about it. Too lazy to look it up right now, though.
Okay I see the point of the comic, But how in the hell was a walking stick going to prevent that?!!?
With a stick, you could feel about and probe the edges of the panel without having to risk stepping over them. It’s all in how you use it.
I can’t help but wonder if Carmen is going to come down atop the start of next weeks comic and mess everything up as they try to get her back in the panels.
That’s a wonderful idea, for, I hope and trust, a far-future comic, so it can be a fun callback to this comic! Neat idea. He can have TWO Carmens… Of course, that concept was already explored once with the teen versions meeting the kid versions. Recall child Carmen was over the moon about how big her tits were going to be, and older Kevin just gave his child version a hug? Or thereabouts. Anyway, I’d love to see that. I don’t think we’ve seen one with TWO instances of Carmen as a curvy gorgeous teen. That’d be fun. Too bad it wasn’t two Katherines, though… you KNOW they’d make out.
The real question is why would the WEATHER have any impact on the market for an assistive device needed by many even just to hobble around their own homes? I suppose you could argue that in wintertime, the market would be hotter for an INSULATED walking stick, or a self-heating one, but… that’s really what gloves and mitten-warmers are for.
