SO UNFAIR! That was the worst Wyoming costume EVAR! There are no features! No details! It’s got nothing on it, it’s just plain and flat and featureless and… oh, wait. Never mind. That’s actually a really good Wyoming costume.
To any Wyoming residents offended by this joke… I’m not scared of either of you. (Very few people live in Wyoming, you see. I honestly have no idea how they have even ONE congressional district in the whole state, especially since when Wyoming’s senators and US representative leave the state to go to Washington, D.C., there’s almost no one left in the state itself, LOL.)

To be fair, making perfectly square edges on sand is difficult, especially when you’re doing it with the sand on top of everything but your head and neck.
Also, the contest had a strict “Sand Only” policy which Joey violated by using actual sea shells.
i like to imagine joey isnt lying down but instead just buried standing up
