All we need to do is add a few more overly-commercialized, booze, sex, and candy-centric holiday celebrations to the calendar during the right parts of the year, and we can just party non-stop year round, and stave off post-holiday period depression forever and EVER and EVAAARRRR! That was no jump cut. As Joey was talking, all the Hallowe’en colours were slowly sucked up under the couch, leaving behind the next season’s colour theme, like a lizard’s shiny new skin as the old one moults away.
In the depths of the night, the collected Hallowe’en colours will migrate from one shadowy location to another back to their far-off lair. At the stroke of midnight at the start of the next October, the collected colours will burst forth in a terrible explosion of sound and fury, once again painting themselves on everything they can reach across the land.
