Wasn’t she… smart once? I mean, she builds time machines and such. I could suspend my disbelief that a group of webcomic characters could know that they are such and even embrace that fact. I can believe that they never arm to get down and dirty. Fine. But… Katherine stopped… by a STOP sign? Thwarted by a red painted OCTAGON?!? Deterred by a passive traffic control device?!? Screw this. I’m out. I’m GONE. I hereby announce that I shall BOYCOTT this webcomic until such time as it is Thursday again. See ya’ll whenever THAT happens. I mean, how often is it Thursday? That happens only at BEST, one seventh of the time, and almost never on weekends. So… yeah. Take THAT!

Katherine is secretly dyslexic. She stopped because she thought the sign was telling her to steal some pots for it. Now she has to retreat and seriously consider whether or not she wants a partner in crime and if she wants Grand Theft Kitchenware added to her list of attempted crimes.
Kathrine didn’t stop, she went the other way and the sign didn’t stop her. Take THAT, sign! Maybe next time it’ll be a Right Lane MUST Turn Right sign that leads crooks harmlessly out a different window. Just watch out for the Except Buses variant though, then a crook with a bus will have free reign and tons of space for loot and accomplices!
