Convinced me. I’m sleeping in tomorrow and blaming a webcomic if anyone gets mad.

Probably not with the sun being out and all, and the grass being green, also there’s no clouds in the sky, and you only brought one pillow case of cotton snow.
Also, They’re not wearing any snow gear…. You gotta really sell it!
This is like watching Superman walk to the scene of a crime. Batman taking the bus. Spiderman riding a skateboard… Joey has the power to simply DECIDE it’s snowing… and so it is… or am I mistaken? Could it be that like Roger Rabbit, who could only escape handcuffs when it was FUNNY, Joey can only do things that are convenient to the plot? Is he actually the least free of the bunch, despite his self-awareness as a web comic character?
Could it be that Joey HAS NO POWERS besides what CP allows him? Come to think of it, that makes much more sense.
Anyway, I hope Joey’s Ludicrously Cute ‘N Sexy Mom just says, “Fuck it” and gives them the day off school because of the creativity they’ve exhibited. Also, consider the alternative ways they could have tried to get out of school: fast forwarding to their late teen years, for one, having Katherine alter the space-time continuum so that school does not exist yet as a concept, (the gang find themselves in an ancient society several thousand years in the past,) for another, or even they experience a solid week or two of nothing but Saturdays, over and over and over, as third way in which Katherine could screw with them. “Ground Hog’s Saturday,” they can call it.
Carmen actually got a proper day off… and another 3 weeks after falling off and breaking her ankle. Joey wasn’t sure if he felt worse for Carmen, or for not thinking of doing that himself.
Unfortunately they live in a northern state where tons of snow is just met with “good luck,”
