The patient’s been drinking from the old hand-pumped well downstream from the abandoned mine near the edge of town at the quarry where she’s known to hang out, hasn’t she. Don’t answer, I’m pretty sure she has. Didn’t her roommates say she used to be a genius? This behavior is inconsistent with genius. Kind of the opposite, in fact. She needs to be checked while she’s here for heavy metal poisoning, with follow-up chelation therapy if she does have plumbiosis or otherosises, and also she should probably get a psych consult.
