CP, I love the comic, and the work you put in to make these original and funny… but that… is that supposed to be pizza?
That looks like the stick-figure equivalent of pizza. Like pizza drawn by someone who has never eaten pizza, someone who has been blind since birth and has only heard pizza described to him… by someone who has never been in the same room with it. At least throw some olives and mushroom pieces on it.
That stuff… man, I’ve seen pizza like that before, actually. The pizza in this strip is the kind where the “crust” is just a flour tortilla, or maybe a round piece of cardboard from the bottom of a pizza box, so at least it SMELLS like pizza a little bit. The “sauce” is just a kind of cheap tomato ketchup, (or possibly just red paint, but in any case, definitely NOT the ‘fancy’ 57-flavors stuff,) and someone just put some slices of American “cheese,” (more accurately, processed-cheese-like-food-product-substance,) and as for the pepperoni…
I believe it’s thin slices of something called, “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Road Kill.”
