I kinda expected to see Carmen flipping Joey off as she fell. With both hands.
And for note, while urine may be considered sterile while housed in a healthy body’s bladder, the urethra is a horrible, disgusting place that no doctor would ever claim to be anything less than a biological sewage pipe.
An unrelated note, you can re-imagine the final panel as Joey using the Force on Carmen to levitate her to safety. She’s still mad because now instead of piss-related bacteria/fungus/etc on her, she’s going to get a bad case of midichlorians.
