There’s no way such a mystical item could exist in our universe.
Never fear; that broom is spelled to fly itself, now that Full Self-Flying Mode has been enabled, so it’s just going to take poor, hapless Carmen back to the home address of the previous owner, (before Katherine got her hands on it).
Glinda will surely take pity on Carmen and help her when the broom finally drops her off. After all, she was roommates with the broom’s previous owner.
So does this make Carmen a witch?
